Retail and Production Associate

 Location: 22 Third Ave, Wabush

 Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time

 Start Date: ASAP

 What You’ll Do

Warehouse / Production

•  Receive, organize, and restock inventory
•  Pick, pack, and prepare orders
•  Assist with labeling, assembly, or light production
•  Keep shop clean, safe, and efficient
•  Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Coverall Washing
• Some janitorial duty
• Deliveries 

Storefront / Retail

•  Greet customers and offer helpful, knowledgeable service
•  Operate a POS system and process sales
•  Restock and maintain a clean, organized storefront
•  Assist with inquiries, returns, and special orders
•  Deliver a great customer experience every time

 What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Comfortable switching between warehouse and retail tasks
• Strong communication & customer-service skills
• Able to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand for long periods
• Basic POS/computer skills (training provided)
• Experience in retail or warehouse settings is a plus—but not required!
• Able to work alone in busy settings
• Able to pass drug testing 
• Able to complete Cognibox training
